What types of items can I customize?
We offer a wide range of customizable items:
For Apparel - t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, activewear, tote bags and backpacks.
For Embroidery - sweaters, hoodies, jackets, polos, hats, beanies, bags, uniforms, socks, towels.
For Laser Engraving - drinkware, wooden items, metal products, acrylic, glass, leather goods and home decor.
If you have specific items you’d like that aren’t listed, feel free to reach out. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!
What printing methods do you use?
We use high-quality screen print transfers, direct-to-film (DTF), hybrid and vinyl heat transfers.
What type of file do I need for printing?
We prefer vector graphics, these files typically have the extension of ".eps" or ".ai". Artwork should also be saved at the same size it will be printed.
We also accept high quality photoshop files. These typically have the extension of ".psd", "tiff", or "jpg". Please save files at 300 DPI and at the same size it will be printed.
Note that we cannot use images taken from the internet.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No! Whether you need one shirt or 100, we’ve got you covered.
How long does it take to receive my order?
For custom bulk orders the turn around time is 2 weeks after receiving payment.
Online store orders ship within 2-3 days.
What is your return policy?
FOR ONLINE STORE BOUGHT PRODUCTS ONLY: Please see our return policy here.
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS: Since all items are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a defect or error in the printing. Please double check your invoice prior to finalizing your order.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Can I provide my own items for Printing
Yes, you can provide your own items for printing. However, we recommend using the products we offer, as they are specifically selected for compatibility with our printing methods.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damages to customer-supplied materials during the printing process.
What types of designs can be embroidered?
Embroidery works best with simple, bold designs such as logos, monograms, and text. Complex details or gradients may need adjustments for optimal results.
What is digitization, and why is it necessary?
Digitization is the process of converting your design into a format that embroidery machines can read. It ensures your design is stitched accurately and looks professional.
What file formats do you accept for embroidery designs?
We accept high-resolution files in formats like PNG, JPEG, and AI. For embroidery, designs will need to be digitized into a stitch file (e.g., DST). We can handle the digitization for you at an additional fee.
Can I combine embroidery and printing in one order?
Absolutely! If you’d like both embroidered and printed items in the same order, just let us know, and we’ll make it happen.
What if my embroidery doesn’t come out as expected?
